Yes, and it's usually the smarter move. When a dual-pane window looks cloudy or has moisture between the panes, the seal on the insulated glass unit has failed. In most cases we can replace just that glass unit and keep your existing frame, which costs far less than replacing the whole window. Send us the size or a photo and we'll tell you what it takes.

Please do. A photo tells us things a tape measure cannot: the frame type, the hardware, how the glass is set and what condition it is in. Add one at the end of the Instant Estimate. And if you cannot measure at all, send the photo on its own with your name and number and we will take it from there. We measure every job ourselves before the final price either way.

It depends on the job and what glass has to be ordered. Screens and simple replacements move fast; custom shower enclosures and window packages take longer because the glass is made to your measurements. Call us and we'll give you a straight answer on current timing.
